Financial analysis

Side-by-side total occupancy cost comparisons including base rent, escalations, NNN, build-out, free rent, and TI.

Lease negotiation

Letter of intent, lease form review with counsel, work-letter, options to expand, renew, and terminate, and exit terms.

Project oversight

Weekly status from landlord turnover through punch-list, so the move-in date you committed to is the move-in date you get.
